Omega Custom Tattoo-TERMS OF AGREEMENT

A. Rates

1. Custom Art- A deposit taken at the time of consultation applies toward the creation of the Artwork and to secure your appointment date (it commissions the drawing/digital time and is not applied toward the cost of the tattoo). All Art concepts must be agreed upon indefinitely, or specific visual reference must be provided. This means, when you trust in my artistic vision without giving me specific verbal and visual reference, you cannot renege on the finished product or you'll be subject to loss of your deposit. If minor design changes are necessary, you will not be charged for this extra time. 48 Hour cancellation notice is required, or forfeit your deposit.

2. Tattoo Time- An hourly rate applies to tattoo time only, beginning only upon starting the project on the skin. This does not include freehanding, machine setup, creating stencils, free-handing, skin preparation, etc.--- You will not be charged for this time.

B. Double Occupancy

My tattoo space is double occupancy, this means the client and one guest is permitted in the area per session.

C. Appointments

Individuals who wish to drop off deposits, set up consultation appointments, or view my portfolio may do so before or after the present client's tattoo appointment. You may also leave a message with your contact information on my machine, and a consultation will be set up for you promptly.

D. Drugs and Alcohol

1. Neither are permitted in my space, as their consumption affects tattoo healing for which I am not responsible. Beyond this, an intoxicated and belligerent client makes for a bad tattoo. Do not come here intoxicated, or you will not get tattooed.

E. Tattoo Healing

1. It is imperative to heal your tattoo properly to ensure it's brilliance and longevity. The following steps listed must be adhered to:

a) Keep initial bandage on at least 2 hours, or ideally, OVERNIGHT.

c) After flakes/scabs have fallen off, apply Lubriderm non-scented as many times a day as necessary, as the tattoo may stay dry for up to a month.

d) Do Not pick scabs.

e) Do Not expose to direct sunlight.

f) Do Not submerge in water. (pools, bath tubs, etc.)

g) Do Not scratch.
